Gwendolyn Grace RN, CPCC

Gwendolyn GraceGwen Grace RN, is a certified professional coach specializing in women’s health, self care who writes about women’s issues. She has a 25-year history in health care at California Pacific Medical Center, Beth Israel of Boston, St. Vincent’s of Indianapolis, and Bethesda North of Cincinnati.

More interested in wellness than disease she certified in Reflexology at The Palmer School of bodywork and advanced Esthetics from Catherine Hinds Institute of Massachusetts bringing beauty and health together. She holds the sacred space for where inspiration, learning, and truth telling commingle. She blogs weekly of ways to become stronger and more alive through personal change. Giving, Receiving, Appreciating, Connecting and Expressing are at the top of her list and she helps others remember this with the acronym GRACE. She supports women changing themselves to serve the world while retaining their femininity, gathering women in Circles of GRACE—in online communities and in person groups and assists others to do so, too.

Her journey includes reclaiming health and family wholeness after a crisis of fibromyalgia and depression in 2007, which empowered her to coach others to discover their own inner wisdom to expand their power and joy. Clients say she is an oasis of information and a breath of fresh air with a sassy, joyful twist.  She is the survivor of two adult children and thriving in a thirty-five year marriage despite more moving around the globe than she cares to remember. She is madly in love with the fierce beauty of hummingbirds and the tropical oasis of Palm Springs.
